Run Several Chats at Once
Split a job across parallel conversations: one agent on the beam checks, another on the column schedule, a third on the report, all working in the same project folder
Parallel Work on One Job
Each conversation runs on its own. Start a task, click New chat, and start the next one while the first keeps working. Put them in the same project folder and they share the job’s files: the drawings, and everything each one produces.
Typical splits:
- By element: beams in one chat, columns in another, footings in a third.
- By deliverable: calcs in one, the Word report in another, the client deck in a third.
- By software: a SAP2000 model building in one chat while the Structural Agent works the hand checks in another.
Step-by-Step
Start the first task
Pick the job’s project in Select project, send the brief, and let it work.
Open a new chat
Click New chat at the top of the sidebar. The first conversation keeps running; its row in the sidebar shows it’s in progress.
Pick the same project and send the next brief
Choose the same project so both chats work on one folder. Give each chat its own element or its own output file.
Check the floor beams on S-201, grids A to D. Save one Excel
workbook per beam line in Calcs/Beams/.Size the columns on grid lines 1 to 4 from the loads in the
general notes. Save the calc sheets in Calcs/Columns/.Check in on each one
Click a conversation in the sidebar to see where it’s up to. Each has its own Canvas, its own queued messages, and its own questions for you.
Bring it together
When they’re done, start one more chat in the project to assemble the package:

Chats in the same project see each other’s files the moment they’re written. If two chats edit the same file at the same time, the one that saves last wins. Name a subfolder or file per chat and they never collide.
A later chat can use an earlier chat’s output as input: “use the reactions in Calcs/Beams/”. Let the first one finish before the second reads it.
Parallel chats each use credits as they run. Watch Usage in the account menu on a big day.
